Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 5+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
- 5+ years experience in Space Planning software/tools: BY Space Planning, Apollo Spaceman, NextPOG, RELEX
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams

The Senior Program Manager will focus on tool capabilities to solve the problem of disconnected tool development and business needs by serving as the strategic bridge between the Space Capabilities business team and the Product Manager for Space at Whole Foods Market. This leader ensures that the tools we build are grounded in clear business requirements and customer needs rather than developed in isolation. This PM owns the portfolio of space planning tools, including space allocation models, floor planning and planogram development solutions. By partnering closely with the Macro and Micro Space Planning & Development Senior PMs to gather business context, this role translates planning needs into well-defined use cases for product development and manages tools through stabilization, evolution, and future-state development.
