Requirements
- 6-10 years in commercial strategy, category management, or business planning, ideally within consumer products, retail, eCommerce, games, or entertainment. Hobby or specialty retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to make clear recommendations despite competing priorities.
- Experience building channel strategies and account plans across assortment, pricing and promotion, merchandising, and retail calendar planning.
- A track record of leading cross-functional work and influencing Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Franchise stakeholders.
- Passion for games and Dungeons & Dragons is a plus!

- The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 to $180,700.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
