Responsibilities

  • Learn your clients' businesses as if they are your own including your clients' internal priorities. Conduct stakeholder interviews, market and competitor research.

  • Stay up to date on the latest news and updates in the Digital Media space, as well as news and updates within a client's industry, including their competitive landscape.
  • Delegate tasks or follow-ups among team members, set deadlines, troubleshoot and mentor to ensure fantastic results.
  • Surface wins internally and to clients.
  • Work closely with content and creative teams, both client-side and within Wheelhouse, to ideate campaign assets that will make an impact. Test and report against content and creative assets.
  • Develop unified strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Display channels. Research and develop campaigns for additional channels and platforms beneficial to your clients, including industry-specific and direct buys.
  • Collaborate with channel experts, Managers, and team members to produce best-in-class digital campaigns. Advocate for cross-team initiatives to support client performance.

  • 5+ years experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns across Search Ads (Google / Microsoft), Social Ads (Facebook / LinkedIn)
  • 5+ years managing media budgets across platforms and maintaining ROAS or CPA targets
