Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and support for day-to-day JDE production operations, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new functionality, enhancements, and customizations within the JDE environment

- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members
- Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation practices, and change management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, stability, and scalability
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Strong experience with JDE development tools, including OMW, FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN, and Orchestrator
- Experience supporting a production JDE environment
- Strong understanding of JDE modules, including Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Service
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing developers or technical team members
- General understanding of JDE CNC concepts and system architecture
- Experience with integrations
- SQL and reporting experience
- Experience with JDE upgrades or large-scale implementations
