Responsibilities
- -Lead engineering, product design, R&D, and process development teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, or Materials Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- 15-20+ years of experience in cutting tools, precision tooling, or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Minimum 10 years in senior engineering leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in carbide cutting tools, machining processes, CNC grinding, coatings, automation, and product development.
- Experience leading global engineering teams and commercializing new products.
