The Business Partnering FP&A team has oversight of the forecasting, reporting and analytics of AIG's general operating expenses and works closely with the various Business Unit, as well as the various functional owners to support internal management reporting and analytics. This role is the key finance support for Enterprise Systems ($100M+ in GOE). This includes IT support for the following functions: Finance, Tax, Treasury, HR, Legal. Job description: Monthly review of actual run-rate costs and rest of year forecast Partner with Global Controllers during month end close Monthly report preparation and communication for the L3 leader Support of the Annual Budget Process Review of pre-close GOE each month Review of prepaid expenses on monthly basis Quarterly Pulse updates and analytics Analysis of third-party vendors Finance support for Investment Projects which include business case development and tracking of project spend Ad hoc projects as requested
