- Strong foundation in environment art fundamentals (lighting, color, composition, materials).
- Experience creating a range of assets including hard-surface, foliage, and organic work.
- Proficiency in PBR workflows and production-ready asset development.
- Experience collaborating with Art, Design, and Production teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to manage large-scale asset delivery across multiple workflows and stakeholders.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work week, with a mix of remote and on-site days. While hybrid is the standard arrangement, you're also welcome to work on-site full-time if you prefer.
