Quality Control Inspector (CMM)

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily incoming, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured spare parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Operate and program CMM (Zeiss) equipment to conduct dimensional measurements and inspections analysis.
• Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports and related documentation.
• Perform measurements using micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and profile projectors.
• Identify and report any non-conformances or quality issues to the QC Supervisor.
• Maintain inspection equipment, ensure calibration status, and assist in preventive maintenance.
• Follow and uphold ISO/AS9100/TS16949 or relevant quality standards and procedures.
• Keep inspection and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department.
• Perform any other duties as required by the QA Manager.
• Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of QC inspection experience in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in CMM operation and basic programming.
