Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the development and alignment of customer messaging hierarchies across all segments, defining the most impactful content and messaging at each stage of the customer journey Develop strategic creative briefs that translate customer insights into clear messaging frameworks, content structures, and creative direction to drive consistent, targeted communication across channels Own and maintain a segment-driven content calendar, ensuring alignment with overarching content strategy across digital channels and web platforms Partner cross-functionally with creative and campaign teams to ensure execution is aligned with strategic intent and delivers cohesive storytelling Collaborate cross functionally with analytics teams to evaluate content performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations that continuously enhance the customer experience
