Production Operator/ Technician - Powder team (Shuttle Bus Provided)

JOB SUMMARY: To operate, monitor, and maintain equipment and processes involved in the production of high-purity metal and alloy sputtering targets using powder metallurgy techniques. The operator ensures all procedures are followed to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: 1. Handle and prepare high-purity metal powders for compaction and sintering processes. 2. Operate machinery according to Process Work Instruction and Process Instruction, such as: - Powder mixers/blender - Cold Isostatic Press (CIP) - Vacuum furnaces / Sintering ovens - Hot Isostatic Press (HIP) - Vacuum Hot Pressing (VHP) 3. Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle parameters during equipment operations. 4. Perform process data recording according to given template sheet. 5. Accurately record document process parameters and production data. 6. Ensure safe handling of powders and materials, adhering to EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and quality regulations. 7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment. 8. Adhoc duties assigned by HODs. COMPETENCIES/ JOB SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Physical fit (to carry heavy load/ packaging) 2. Able to work in shift and weekend (OT) 3. Team player, good in communication 4. Experience in machining is an advantage MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1. Min. Secondary School level or equivalent 2. Experience in manufacturing environment PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT: 1. Accuracy and timely delivery of the job assigned 2. Proactive to matter arising 3.
