Shopping Mall Retail Beauty Advisor (Luxury Beauty)

Responsibilities

• Promote skincare products and provide product recommendations to customers over the counter
• Deliver skincare consultations and product demonsrations to support sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong customer relationships while providing high-quality customer service
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock and transaction records
• Support in-store engagement activities and contribute ideas to improve customer experience
• Requirement:
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry
• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service

Job Details: Available Locations: Islandwide, depending on outlet vacancy Salary Package: Basic Salary ($2000 - $2300) + Commission / Incentive + Grooming Allowance + AWS + VB Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays) 3 months contract convert to perm
