Teaching Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in designing and implementing experiential learning activities that encourage adventure and exploration.
• Guide students in hands-on projects and outdoor experiences that foster curiosity and independence.
• Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires students to discover their interests.
• Support students in developing social skills and building relationships through group activities and collaborative projects.
• Monitor student progress and behaviour, providing feedback to teachers on individual needs and successes.
• Participate in planning and facilitating extracurricular activities and events that promote family engagement and community connection. 7) Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement strategies that support student well-being and growth.
