Working in a subordinate capacity while learning correct procedures from senior inspectors or other compliance personnel in preparing for, conducting, and reporting on inspections and investigations of onshore oil and gas production facilities (upstream), associated equipment and control systems; and/or conducting segments of inspections while onsite and preparing written inspection reports. 2. Performing work as either an Onshore oil and gas Pumper or Gauger; Onshore oil and gas operator (A, B, or C)/lead operator; or Onshore oil and gas field foreman performing the specialized experience listed above. -OR- Education: Must have completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. Such education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university and demonstrate the skills necessary to do the work. -OR- Combination of Education/Experience: Have a combination of specialized experience and education that equals 100% of the requirement for the GS-09 level.
