We are seeking an experienced Cryogenic Scientist. Successful candidates have a deep background in cryogenics, a focus on pulse tube cryocoolers, and demonstrated ability to transfer commercial or academic research to fast-paced innovation, prototyping, and deployment. Primary Responsibilities Provide leadership in the conception, design, development, and manufacture of pulse tube cryocooler hardware. Design and conduct experiments to test modifications to existing compressor and cold head configurations to increase cooling power, efficiency, and reliability. Partner with engineers to translate innovations into functional prototypes and production-ready cryocooler systems. Work across functional areas (cryogenic, mechanical, electrical) to deliver fully integrated cooling solutions.
