Resourcing Business Partner - Managed Services (Healthcare) Reed Talent Solutions is looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to support a key healthcare client in delivering high-volume, shift-based recruitment. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll take ownership of workforce delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure staffing demand is met effectively. What you'll be doing Acting as the main contact for the client, building strong working relationships Managing high-volume recruitment and workforce demand Analysing data and producing reports to support planning decisions Working closely with recruitment and bookings teams to manage pipelines Troubleshooting operational challenges and improving delivery outcomes Supporting a shift from reactive delivery to proactive workforce planning What we're looking for Experience in nursing or healthcare recruitment/resourcing Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Confidence working with data and reporting A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Why apply?
