Act as a SoonerCare Care Management resource, answering questions for OHCA personnel related to the needs of identified members.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate service appropriateness and contribute to care plan development based on clinical protocols.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not supervise .Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
