As Technical Product Specialist at Watts Nordic, you are playing a critical role in supporting our customers by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and customer service. Furthermore, you are filling in the important technical gap between customer support, External sales, Internal sales, the production sites and R&D - including bridging the knowledge exchange across these functions. Responsibilities and duties Among your responsibilities are: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries related to Watts products. Provide pre-sales technical support to customers and our own sales team members, including product demonstrations, technical specifications, and system integration guidance. Collaborate closely with the engineering and product development team to understand product capabilities and limitations and provide feedback for product improvements. Develop and maintain product documentation including user manuals, technical specifications, and applications notes (both in English and Danish). Assist with post-sales support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues reported by customers. Conduct product training sessions for internal staff and external partners. Education Technical engineer, Plumbing technician, Electrical technician or similar technical background.
