Responsibilities

  • Good knowledge of e-commerce operations, order management, and customer service processes.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Experience in handling e-commerce customer support.
  • Familiarity with courier partners, shipping processes, and return/exchange ma
