Investment Manager Vice President/Senior Associate, Natural Capital, London - eFinancialCareers

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and execute investments in landscape and seascape restoration projects across the UK
• Conduct commercial and financial due diligence on restoration opportunities, assessing revenue potential from ecosystem service agreements
• Build investment-grade financial models incorporating long-term contracted payments from corporate buyers, water companies, and other offtakers
• Structure deals and negotiate terms with project developers, landowners, and ecosystem service purchasers
• Develop investment cases and present opportunities to the investment committee
• Monitor portfolio company performance across financial, environmental, and social KPIs
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates seeking to secure ecosystem services critical to their operations
• Identify market opportunities as the payment for ecosystem services framework evolves

Requirements

• Strong experience in infrastructure equity, real estate equity, private equity, or growth equity
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring skills
• Proven track record of sourcing, executing, and managing investments
• Experience conducting commercial due diligence and negotiating transaction terms
• Genuine interest in transitioning investment skills toward environmental and social impact
