This role sits at the center of strategy and execution - translating Product Manager-defined roadmaps into sprint-level delivery while mentoring and developing Product Leads. The Product Owner is accountable for end-to-end process delivery across multiple concurrent engagements, manages day-to-day relationships with business and technology partners, and ensures every sprint delivers measurable, high-quality outcomes aligned to CRM strategy.
