Product Owner - Private Bank, Retail, Services

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, delivery management, or a related product/technology role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience required
• Proven track record of owning and delivering against a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams
• Strong requirements writing skills - ability to produce clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Working knowledge of data structures, platform integrations, and system architecture concepts
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret delivery metrics and recommend process improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent engagements in a fast-paced environment

This role sits at the center of strategy and execution - translating Product Manager-defined roadmaps into sprint-level delivery while mentoring and developing Product Leads. The Product Owner is accountable for end-to-end process delivery across multiple concurrent engagements, manages day-to-day relationships with business and technology partners, and ensures every sprint delivers measurable, high-quality outcomes aligned to CRM strategy. Product Strategy & Roadmap Understand and execute against the defined CRM product strategy Support roadmap development with analysis and sizing inputs Maintain the sprint-level roadmap and ensure alignment to the broader domain strategy Prioritize backlog items within approved guardrails and strategic direction Backlog Management & Requirements Own and maintain a healthy, well-prioritized product backlog Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all features Partner with Product Leads to author and refine stories ahead of sprint planning Ensure backlog items clearly reflect business needs, technical constraints, and compliance requirements Delivery Accountability Serve as accountable owner for sprint-level delivery outcomes and quality Own end-to-end process delivery for multiple concurrent product engagements Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across active delivery tracks Produce sprint and delivery-level reporting, metrics, and insights for stakeholders Stakeholder & Partner Management Manage day-to-day relationships with business and technology partners Serve as the primary point of contact for requirement clarifications and delivery updates Partner with operational SMEs to ensure solutions meet real-world business needs Coordinate UAT activities, training, and change adoption across impacted teams Data, Platform & Compliance Standards Enforce data and platform standards within sprint delivery Analyze data quality gaps and surface findings to the appropriate stakeholders Embed risk controls and compliance requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria Ensure delivery adheres to enterprise architecture and governance standards People & Team Leadership Mentor and coach Product Leads in requirements writing, backlog hygiene, and delivery execution Provide technical and process guidance to support Product Lead growth Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and learning within the team
