As a Finance Analyst , you will provide financial and operational support to the agency and finance team, with a strong focus on business support and process efficiency. You will be responsible for supporting project financial management, revenue tracking, reporting, billing reviews, and coordination with the Shared Service Center. Working closely with both finance and operational stakeholders, you will contribute to ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance across financial processes. This position is designed as a development role, offering clear progression towards Senior Finance Business Partner responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial reviews of projects, including budget tracking, revenue, and profitability
  • Monitor revenue performance and support billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist with revenue forecasting and reconciliations
  • Contribute to monthly closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and trackers
  • Analyse variances and investigate discrepancies
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to support financial processes and resolve queries
  • Coordinate with Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting and finance-related matters
  • Support financial workflows, controls, and compliance processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical capability
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
