  • Exposure to ASC 606, ASC 805 and ASC 842
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
  • High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset
  • Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments

Leveraging backgrounds in accounting, finance, audit, operations and consulting, AACT team members provide holistic perspectives and capabilities to deliver unparalleled results within the Office of the CFO Practice (OCFO). Portage Point Partners is seeking AACT Associates to deliver operational, technical, and transaction accounting advisory across the full business and investment lifecycle. As key contributors within the OCFO and Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practices, Associates leverage backgrounds in accounting, finance, audit, operations and consulting to provide holistic, data-driven insights that help clients modernize financial operations, implement scalable processes and navigate complex transactions. This role offers a broad, high-impact opportunity to support both buyers and sellers through the transaction process and beyond, while enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across client organizations. This individual will execute discrete workstreams, support critical initiatives, and collaborate closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
