In this role, you will: Collaborate with wealth management specialists, including investment, insurance, and treasury experts, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by building relationships and encouraging them to achieve targeted account balances. Promote digital-first banking solutions by guiding clients towards online and remote service channels for greater convenience and efficiency. Provide clients with relevant market insights, understand their financial objectives, and recommend suitable wealth management solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, strengthen portfolio quality, and provide diversified solutions. Deliver financial planning and advisory services that are aligned with clients' goals, preferences, and investment profiles. Take a proactive approach to relationship management by strengthening existing client connections and creating opportunities for long-term growth. Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend appropriate solutions while delivering a high standard of client experience.
