About AcaiGuru AcaiGuru is a homegrown dessert brand in Singapore known for our fresh, antioxidant-rich açaí and frozen yogurt bowls. We focus on serving fresh, quality products in a warm and welcoming environment. Our first outlet at KAP Mall has built a supportive and robust community, and we are excited to be expanding with a new outlet in NTU, made possible by the dedication and passion of our team. Job Description As an Outlet Manager at AcaiGuru, you will take ownership of the overall operations and performance of the outlet, ensuring that every customer enjoys the warm, welcoming experience that our brand is known for. You will lead and manage a team of part-timers, foster a positive team culture, and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent service standards, leading and developing the team, and maintaining smooth and efficient store operations. You will play a key role in managing inventory, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring the continued success and growth of the outlet. As a key leader within the business, you will be expected to be highly competent in operations and comfortable taking a hands-on approach when required. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and takes pride in treating the outlet as if it were their own. You Will: Take ownership of the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the outlet. Lead, train, and develop a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Be hands-on and lead by example, supporting the team whenever needed. Foster a positive, welcoming, and high-performing culture for both customers and teammates.
