Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision for intake, assessment, and ongoing treatment of DTP clients.
- Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, timely, and compliant with standards of care and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and maintain high-quality documentation, including progress notes, clinical reports, and other required records.
- Ensure all cases meet criteria for admission to the DTP and continued stay through regular and ongoing case review.
- Meet regularly with staff to provide clinical guidance, administrative direction, and program updates.
- Assist the Program Manager in departmental meetings, held at least twice per month or as needed, to review operational, clinical, and client-related matters.
- Ensure the DTP site complies with all applicable regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Support performance improvement efforts by analyzing program data and recommending updates to policies and procedures, under the direction and approval of the Program Manager.
- Required experience:
- Minimum of five years of experience working in an inpatient/outpatient mental health treatment setting with adolescent and young adult populations
- Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Certification/licensure: Psy.D., Ph.D., LCSW, LMHC
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
