About the role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. Depending on your experience, this position may be hired at either the Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Talent Acquisition Partner level. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume, non-clinical positions (e.g., Patient Care Coordinators and Technicians), supporting rapid hiring needs across multiple locations while ensuring our clinicians and patients are supported by fully staffed, high-performing teams. You will partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and ensure every candidate has a positive and engaging experience. For more experienced recruiters, there's the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, tackle hard-to-fill searches, and mentor others on the team. Whether you're an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step or a seasoned professional looking for a strategic, high-impact role, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
- For more senior hires: take the lead on complex searches, influence decision-making at the leadership level, and mentor fellow team members.
Requirements
- 1+ years of recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
