Responsibilities

- Administrative Support
- Perform a wide array of general administrative duties to ensure efficient departmental operations.
- Process and meticulously track invoices, expenses, and procurement requests, strictly adhering to internal policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring consistent availability and proper functioning.
- Handle ad-hoc deliveries, including receiving and dispatching items to partners as required.
Requirements
- o Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field.
- o Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- o Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
