Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers both in-store and online
• Help clients select the right vehicle based on their needs and lifestyle
• Conduct product presentations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Work closely with management and finance to finalize deals
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (features, technology, trim levels)

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service (Sales, Retail, Telemarketing, Hospitality, etc)
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Dealership: L0771 Lexus of Orange County Lexus of Orange County NOW HIRING Sales Consultants! Pay: $60,000 to $120,000 annually based on performance (commission + bonuses) Schedule: Full time, Saturdays required with one weekday and Sundays off
