Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to plan and execute projects to completion on time and on budget
• Collaborate with Superintendents and the team to deliver successful projects
• Negotiate and prepare subcontracts
• Manage RFI's, submittals, change orders and billing of invoices
• Coordinate and run OAC meetings
• Develop and Maintain client relationships
• Develop and Maintain relation ships with A/E team to facilitate construction activities
• Motivate and direct team to deliver high quality, successful projects
• Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
• 5 years of Project Management Experience
• Experience with ground up, renovation, tenant fit out, medical/hospital, and multifamily projects
• Experience managing projects valued at $1M+
• Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to organize project and information
• MS Project and MS Excel
• Experience with ProCore required
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and able to prioritize duties to meet assigned deadlines.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

The Project Manager would be responsible for leading, directing and coordinating the management and execution of construction projects.
