About the role

This person will be in charge of implementing Channel Partnership change initiatives (sales programs, campaigns, and activities) defined by the Channel and Segment teams to improve channel performance and drive revenue growth. Participate on creation of new initiatives, deployment and monitor fullfilment of the initiative goals. They as well collect feedback from market and contributes to the further initiatives & Global Partner Program development. Job description FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Work independently on deployment of complex initiatives as sales programs, campaigns etc. to the markets. Specially in B2C segment. - Develop and implement comprehensive plans to ensure the successful execution of assigned global initiatives and fulfillment of program goals. - Ensure the progress of assigned initiatives and remove obstacles to their success. - Keep updated records, track initiative KPIs and monitor status. - Roll out (lead preparation of project plan, business fit to the local conditions and business case and introduction by the local team in the markets) of Global Partner Program template to the markets. - Educate colleagues, partners and offices about assigned programs it's goals and get buy in for implementation. - Gain market understanding and feedback on initiatives and enablement materials from exclusive partners, local offices, channel partners and customers. - Gather market intelligence for global channel team. - Perform conceptual, systemic, creative and methodical activities. - Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.

Requirements

  • Education:
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in high touch sales or a similar role within the IT software industry. and 3 years of experience in cybersecurity industry.
  • Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of B2C Cybersecurity segment and channel development such as Retail, Etail, OEM and others consumer reseller channel dynamics.
  • Understanding of the reseller channel dynamics and experience working with resellers on a global scale.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales enablement materials/arguments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the reseller channel dynamics and experience working with resellers on a global scale.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting, developing, and managing reseller partnerships that resulted in revenue growth.
