About the role
Role Summary: Senior HR/ Supervisor to lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for our Singapore office. Ensure full compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements; stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to HR policies and practices. Review, update, and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, guidelines, and internal procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Talent Acquisition & Employee Life-cycle Supervise and support talent acquisition activities including job description preparation, job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer administration. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment advice. Oversee new employee orientation, on-boarding programs, and coordinate training initiatives as required. Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Payroll & Benefits Administration Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave, and bank details. Manage group insurance, employee benefits, and liaise with external vendors and service providers. Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave entitlements. HR Reporting & Analytics Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, recruitment metrics, turnover, and training statistics. Provide HR-related data and insights to management to support decision-making. Office Administration & Facilities Supervise office administration functions including office supplies, pantry management, vendor coordination, repairs, and facilities maintenance. Monitor and manage office expenses and budgets; prepare regular administrative and cost reports. Coordinate staff travel arrangements and accommodations when required. Employee Engagement & Culture Organize and support employee engagement activities, staff events, and internal communications initiatives. Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, handling concerns professionally and confidentially. Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee well-being initiatives. Leadership & Supervision Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to junior HR/Admin staff where applicable. Continuously improve HR and administrative processes for efficiency and scalability. Job Responsibility Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant HR & Administration experience Strong hands-on experience in payroll administration and HR operations. Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
