Position Summary The Data Coordinator is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting operational data to support daily and weekly business needs. This position works closely with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting that supports decision-making and operational performance tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of data in Excel. This is an hourly position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities - Collect, verify, and organize operational data from multiple systems and departments. - Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational reports. - Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, trackers, and reporting tools. - Review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Identify data discrepancies and communicate issues to the appropriate teams. - Support Operations leadership with reporting needs, trend analysis, and performance tracking. - Create and maintain standardized report formats and documentation. - Work cross-functionally with departments to gather required information and ensure reporting deadlines are met. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing accurate and actionable data. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
