This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in daily operations through the employee lifecycle within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Job Description Job Responsibilities Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing documentation and conducting initial orientations. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR projects. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Job Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
