Job Description The AI/ML Strategist will implement and manage governance frameworks for AI/ML models, including model ownership, approvals, API access, and Tier‑4 governance support. The strategist will ensure responsible AI practices throughout the organization. The strategist will develop and enforce policies for model development, validation, and deployment, establish review and approval processes for AI/ML models, and implement access controls for model APIs and services. The strategist will create and maintain model inventories and documentation, develop standards for model performance monitoring and evaluation, and establish procedures for model updates and versioning. The strategist will ensure compliance with ethical AI principles and regulatory requirements, coordinate with security teams to implement model security controls, and develop frameworks for identifying and mitigating AI bias. The strategist will lead model governance committee activities, create metrics and reports on model governance compliance, and provide guidance on responsible AI best practices. The strategist will evaluate and implement tools for model governance and compliance, train teams on model governance procedures, and collaborate with legal and compliance teams on AI/ML risk management.
