Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support tailored to individual needs and recovery plans
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
• Encourage social inclusion and community involvement
• Monitor and report changes in clients' wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and family members
• Maintain accurate records and follow organisational policies and procedures

Requirements

• A genuine passion for supporting people with mental health issues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and respect for individual differences
• Previous experience in mental health or social care is desirable but not essential full training will be provided
