Are you customer-oriented and interested in hands-on work at the customer site? As a Technical Service Engineer for our Fabrics group you play a critical role in working directly with our customers for service calls, performing field service work, data collection, and overall support for all paper machine clothing related issues. You'll assist in performing shutdown services related to paper machine clothing on all sections of the paper machine, including assistance during clothing installations. Your expertise will also be needed to perform inspections and services between clothing installations. Additionally, you'll perform minor equipment and inventory audits that support our customer contracts / agreements. In this hands-on role you'll work closely with our Product Managers, Sales, and Technology experts to ensure cooperation is focused on the customer with meaningful results. This position reports out of our Appleton, WI? office but you'll be working remotely in the US Midwest region. Preference would be someone located in or near Ohio.
