About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating complex legislation, policy and regulatory decisions concerning accounting, funds distribution, and civilian labor funding; 2) Presenting financial reports, issuing correspondence, and submitting budget plans to leadership; and 3) Managing the Federal Budget process using the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Executing System (PPBES) cycles for the organization.
