- Experience in architecture, business architecture, portfolio governance, or a similar role in a large and complex environment.
- Strong ability to assess dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery implications across initiatives-not just within one solution.
- Good understanding of enterprise landscapes, governance, and how architecture supports strategic execution.
- Comfort working in agile delivery environments; telecom BSS/OSS knowledge is an advantage but not required.
- Clear and structured communicator who can present options, challenge constructively, and build trust across business and IT.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.

You will play a key role in improving delivery flow, reducing bottlenecks, and enabling faster, more predictable execution across Telia's B2C portfolio.
