Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience within a retail environment.
- Expertise in merchandising technology products, platforms, and processes, including experience with Stibo PIM or a comparable enterprise-level PIM system.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Atlassian Rovo to support product planning, documentation, and backlog management.
- Experience with current and emerging technologies, with the ability to advise partners on process improvements and technology solutions.
- Experience managing initiatives end-to-end, including execution planning, prioritization, resource coordination, and resolving conflicting stakeholder needs.
- Working knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements such as SOX and PCI, with the ability to advocate for governance and compliance across the organization.
