An established European furniture manufacturer, part of one of the largest business groups in the Baltics, is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to accelerate international growth and strengthen relationships with strategic customers. Your Mission You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing new customer relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and contributing to the company's long-term commercial growth in international markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business growth strategies in assigned markets. Identify, approach, and acquire new customers and business opportunities. Build long-term partnerships with furniture retailers, distributors, and other industry players. Manage the full commercial process from prospecting to contract negotiations and account development. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments. Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events. Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service teams to deliver successful customer solutions. Contribute to the long-term commercial strategy and growth of the business. Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management within B2B environments. Experience in furniture, interiors, home living, or related industries. Track record of developing new business and building long-term customer relationships. Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work independently. Fluency in English.
