Job Description: Job Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Workday support specialists, providing technical guidance, training, and performance management. Oversee the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Workday HCM system, including core HR, compensation, benefits, time tracking, absence management, and reporting. Act as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions. Manage and prioritize Workday support tickets and requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, and IT teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement Workday configurations. Manage Workday release cycles, including planning, testing, and deployment of new features, functionalities, and patches. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for Workday support. Monitor Workday system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies. Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in Workday projects, enhancements, and integrations as a technical subject matter expert. In charge of Workday integrations with other enterprise systems, including SAP, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday HCM, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or senior support role. Strong in-depth functional and technical knowledge of various Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Integrations, Reporting). Proven experience in Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, security, and reporting. Demonstrated experience with Workday integrations (e.g., EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, CCB). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. Workday Pro certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in Workday Prism and Extend is an advantage.
