THE JOB We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Security Manager to oversee security operations for two high-volume venues. This role is responsible for managing event security planning, staff scheduling, and day-to-day operations across both venues, supporting more than 300 events annually. The Security Manager will lead a team of approximately 150 security staff members, ensuring safety, professionalism, and full compliance with all company security standards at all times while collaborating with different departments. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Oversee and manage all security operations for events at both venues Lead, supervise, and support a team of approximately 150 security staff members Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and discipline security staff for the efficient operation of the security department Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for all events Ensure 100% compliance with all company security policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations Serve as a visible and approachable leader during events while maintaining a professional demeanor Coordinate security needs between both venues to ensure consistent operations Effectively de-escalate tense or challenging situations in a calm, professional manner, resolving issues without causing further disruption or escalation. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, artists, staff, and partners Move throughout the venue and all areas, circulating among visitors, patrons, or employees, to visually monitor and take corrective action when needed.
