About the role

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Product Designer to help shape the future of our clinical platform. You will partner with clinical leaders to dissect their workflows and invent new paradigms for administering AI-enabled care. You'll shape the end-to-end experience of our clinical product while holding a high bar for visual craft and interaction design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of both patient & clinical needs

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Passionate about complex workflow tools for specialized end users
  • Able to blend system level thinking with tactical execution
  • Passion for craft and hold a high bar for visual design
  • Strong skills in rapid prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch (0→1)
  • Demonstrated ability in working cross-functionally to inform and validate design decisions
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of broad initiatives
