Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications and Training Good understanding of Word Office/Excel/Word. Good understanding of Road Operations Legislation IT systems VBS/ TOPS / in house systems. Good analytical brain Willingness to train and develop in many aspects of Road transport Good Geographical knowledge Experience with TMS systems, particularly TOPS, would be beneficial. Strong communication skills with customers, drivers, and colleagues are essential."
