Responsibilities

• In this role, you can expect to:
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Membership, and Executive leadership teams to develop and execute events that support business goals while delivering the elevated luxury experience synonymous with the Next Health brand.
• Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in managing projects from concept through execution.
• Create exceptional guest, member, and partner experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and drive engagement.
• Successfully manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic partners, vendors, sponsors, and community organizations.
• Leverage data, reporting, and performance metrics to evaluate event success, optimize future initiatives, and maximize return on investment.
• Serve as a passionate ambassador of the Next Health mission, values, and brand both within the organization and throughout the communities we serve.

Requirements

• We are seeking a Events Manager who possesses:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of event management experience.
• Experience planning luxury, hospitality, wellness, healthcare, fitness, or lifestyle events preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully executing events that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and event budgets.

• Expected Compensation
• The expected compensation for this position is $70,304 per year, plus benefits.
• Final compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. Additional elements of the total compensation package may be offered depending on role placement. Full benefit details will be provided upon offer of employment.
