How You'll Make an Impact As the Financial Analyst Sr within the FCC Billing team, you will be reporting to the Manager, Finance, and be a key contributor to the timely and accurate billing of clients, complex contract setup in finance applications, and act as the client service contact for client billing and regulatory reporting. This role also supports FCC client and relationship management teams on matters related to billing, perform complex data analysis and provide management reporting, and work on various projects. Primary Responsibilities: Timely and accurate preparation, processing, and financial analysis of client billings Interpreting contract language and setting up appropriate billing methodologies Creating billing journal entries in both Oracle and Dataphile System. Collecting, analyzing, and explaining variations in client billing trends; and researching and plaining variances in budget vs. actual client revenue. Identifying and implementing improvements to existing Management reports and developing new reports as needed. Supporting and implementing billing automation, technology enhancements and efficiency projects related to Billing. Support approval and processing of clients-initiated transactions and service requests Preparing regulatory reporting including QST, OSC, AMF and MFR. Delivering stellar quality customer service interactions to our internal and external customers to exceed their expectations. Ad-hoc projects and work as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis and regulatory reporting.
- Completion of CPA or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in billing and regulatory reporting is an asset.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting required.

Job Description Please note: Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings This is a regular, full-time role You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity's dynamic working arrangement Please note that this is a contract from now till February 25, 2028 The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
