Job Details: Design, configuration and support of new and existing Management Information Systems as part of the IT Customer Service team. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Behalf of the Cubic Customer Service function (Examples include, but are not limited to; Metrix, ServiceNow, 360 Scheduling, Mobile comms). Develop, maintain and support ServiceNow enhancements and integration. Technical development of Management Information Systems (in-house and COTS software) on behalf of the Cubic Customer Service function working as part of a team. Analysis and documentation of business processes. Design and delivery of training and documentation to end users and support staff including training field engineers in the use of mobile workforce applications. Management stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and into the production support. Configure and model the agreed business processes within Cubic's Management Information Systems. Ensure the data within the Systems' is of high quality and processes are in place to ensure the data remains clean. Prepared to work in the London office or other Cubic offices in the South East up to 1 day per week. Occasional out of hours work, including short-notice support work as a point of escalation. In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, perform other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably be expected of them MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
