Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for quality issues affecting production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality, process engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in automotive or similar assembly manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including PFMEA, control plans, root cause corrective action, and quality management systems.
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and conducting product or process failure analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead or supervise hourly employees in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment with a significant shop floor presence.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required for business needs.
