Marketing and Brand Manager

About the role

This is a leadership-level marketing role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will oversee content, brand marketing, social media, video initiatives, email campaigns, digital presence, event promotion, and marketing operations across the company. You'll work directly with leadership to help shape how our brand shows up in the marketplace and how we continue to grow. This role is ideal for someone who: - understands modern content marketing, - thinks strategically, - moves quickly, - takes ownership, - and can execute at a high level without constant direction. We are not looking for someone who simply schedules posts. We are looking for someone who can help drive brand visibility, audience growth, lead generation, and marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Social media strategy and content execution
• Brand consistency across all platforms and materials
• Email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Video and YouTube content coordination
• Website and digital marketing updates
• Listing and agent marketing support
• Marketing project management and campaign execution
• Event and community marketing initiatives
• Analytics, reporting, and marketing optimization
• Exploration and implementation of AI and emerging marketing tools

Requirements

• Strategic, creative, and highly organized
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong at both big-picture thinking and execution
• Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work
• Experienced in digital marketing and content strategy
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with leadership
• Excited by growth, innovation, AI tools, and evolving marketing trends
• Required:
• 2+ years of professional marketing experience
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Experience managing social media and digital content campaigns
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Experience with graphic design including use of Canva or similar design platforms
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities independently
• Preferred:
• Real estate or lifestyle brand experience
• YouTube growth or video marketing experience
• Email marketing and CRM experience
• SEO and website content experience
• Video editing experience
• Experience using AI tools and marketing automation platforms
