Responsibilities

  • Operate with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment, handling sensitive information and interactions with care and confidentiality.
  • Minimum Requirement
  • Typically requires 6+ years of related experience.
  • Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Critical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Copilot).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills to anticipate support needs.
  • Minimum one year experience supporting executives or senior management.
  • Experience with calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Familiarity with conference call services and video conferencing platforms.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budget reconciliation procedures.
  • This role is a hybrid position . The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week , with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.
